OFLC Announces Implementation of July 2020 OES Wages

On July 1, 2020, FLAG implemented the July 2020 OES wages.  As a result, applications on the Form ETA-9035 with prevailing wages from the July 2019 OES wage year must be updated to the July 2020 OES wages prior to submission.  Upon submission, an initiated Form ETA-9035 with July 2019 OES wages entered via the OES wage calculator will result in an error message.  Filers should edit the Place of Employment location,  update the prevailing wage to the July 2020 wages, then Update the Place of Employment.  Once completed, the application may be submitted.
